摘    要:提出基于实时/历史数据库建立配电网实时数据统一采集平台,给出了平台的建设思路和实施方案。所设计的平台具有与主流生产控制系统、用户电表及电气相关系统等的数据接口,集成了丰富的通用软件工具,能对配电网的实时/准实时数据统一进行管理和分析,并能方便地配合实施智能配电网的高级应用,为全网/局部区域电网优化运行分析与控制以及智能电网营配一体化模式建设奠定了基础。按提出的实施方案和实现技术,以某供电公司的配用电系统为实例,成功设计出覆盖配电自动化、用电信息采集、配变监测、故障监测的配电网实时数据统一采集平台。

Abstract:A unified real-time data acquisition platform using eDNA database for distribution network was proposed.Overall design ideas and the implementation scheme of the unified platform were given.The platform was designed with data interfaces and service interfaces for common control systems and management systems,and equipped with plentiful current software tools,therefore it has the ability to manage and analyze the whole real-time data of distribution network,facilitate advanced applications of smart distribution,and lay a foundation for building a new incorporate mode of distribution and utilization of smart grid.Taking a power distribution system in a power supply company as the example,the unified real-time data acquisition platform,which covered power distribution automation,power consumption data acquisition,distribution transformer monitoring and feeder fault monitoring,was designed.
