智能电网的低碳效益分析

摘    要:分析智能电网的发展现状及社会发展低碳的背景及现状,重点是定量分析历年电力行业的碳排放影响,从侧面说明发展低碳电力的必要性。同时,结合智能电网的技术水平,提出如何利用智能电网的技术实现低碳电力的策略。最后,运用线性平滑法对电力行业的碳排放值进行预测。根据国际碳市场中的碳排放价格,求出了碳排放的成本,并且将其与智能电力的建设及维护成本进行对比,分析得出智能电网的低碳效益,对未来智能电网的建设提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the development status and the background of smart grid in terms of low-carbon economy focusing on the affection of carbon emissions on power industry over the years.Research results demonstrated the necessity of low-carbon power development.Meanwhile,a smart grid strategy was proposed to achieve low-carbon electricity with the current technologies.Finally,the method of linear smoothing was used to forecast the value of carbon emissions in power industry.According to the carbon emission prices in international carbon markets,the cost on carbon emissions was estimated;and comparing it with the cost on smart grid construction and maintenance low-carbon benefits of smart grid can be gotten,which provided reference for smart grid construction in the future.
