| 摘 要： | 为解决武器系统研制方案的优选问题,提出了一种基于灰色聚类决策的武器系统研制方案优选方法。该方法采用效用函数法解决评价指标意义、量纲不同且不同指标的评价值在量纲上悬殊较大的问题,利用德尔菲法与层次分析法相结合确定和计算评价指标的聚类权重,在此基础上通过计算比较综合决策测度实现了研制方案的优选排序。最后以某型地空导弹武器系统研制方案优选为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
