Studies on water resources allocation plan for estuary of Qiantang River

Under the condition of safeguarding prevention of flood tide, constant harness of the wandering river courses and development of resources of estuary of the Qiantang River should be the key contents of water resources allocation plan for the estuary of the Qiangtang River, so as to satisfy needs of social and economic development. In the implementation of the plan, attention should be paid on ecological and environmental impact of engineering construction, meanwhile strengthening legal respect of estuary management, emergency plan for the defense of typhoon and strong tide, as well as plan for prevention of above-standard flood and typhoon disasters, so that safety of people's life and property are being secured.
