焦炉后期存在的问题及应对措施

针对山西焦化股份有限公司老龄焦炉后期运行在炉温控制、加热制度、护炉铁件、炉墙热修、环保等方面存在的问题,根据多年生产实践中积累的经验,提出一些系统的具有实用性的应对措施和管理方法。实践证明,只要能够针对性地采取一些有效的预防和处理措施,就能够保证焦炉后期的正常生产和达标排放。

Existing Problems and Management Method to be Adopted for Coke Ovens in Their Later Service Period

Presently, a large number of modern （mechanized） coke ovens are now in their middle or later service stages in our country, problems concerning environmental protection, oven temperature control, oven guard armor, oven wall repair etc. crop up very frequently with the ageing of the ovens. Successful operation experience and effective counter- measures to overcome the existing problems are needed to improve the management in the hope to extend their service pe- riod. Practice proves that normal production and standard emission can be ensured as long as preventive and effective measures are properly taken.
