摘    要:火力发电厂凝汽器所用B30白铜管材耐蚀性能比黄铜高,不易发生腐蚀,但是当凝汽器运行出现异常情况时容易引发点蚀,特别是表面有附着物时易引发沉积物下闭塞电池点蚀,同时表面膜的状态、冷却水中侵蚀性介质浓度、水温、流速等的异常也会造成火力发电厂凝汽器运行腐蚀故障。

Abstract:The corrosion resistance of B30 copper-nickel pipeline used in condenser of thermal power plants is better than brasspipeline. Usually, corrosion do not happen with the copper-nickel. But pitting corrosion happened when condenser worked in unusualconditions, especially the deposit on metal surface could cause pitting corrosion under the deposit. In the meanwhile, the wrongdifference of following facts such as the state of surface film, the concentration of corrosive impurities in cooling water, watertemperature and flowing rate can bring about the corrosion problems to condensers of the thermal power plants.
