摘    要:采用微乳液法合成CaAl2O4:Eu2 ,Dy3 长余辉发光材料,并对其晶型结构和发光性能进行研究.XRD分析表明,所合成的样品为CaAl2O4单斜晶系的晶体结构.发光粉体的激发波长范围较宽,表明从紫外至可见光均可激发该发光材料.发射光谱主峰位于440nm左右.余辉衰减曲线证明其余辉衰减过程存在快衰减和慢衰减2个过程.样品在自然光照射后持续发出明亮的蓝光.

Abstract:Long afterglow photoluminescent materials CaAl_2O_4:Eu~(2 ),Dy~(3 ) was synthesized by microemulsion method. The crystal structure and the synthesized phosphors were studied. The excitation spectrum, the emission spectrum and the long decay curve were measured and analyzed. XRD pattern indicates that the phosphor is with monoclinic CaAl_2O_4 crystal structure. The wide range of excitation wavelength indicates that the luminescent material could be excited by the light from ultraviolet ray to visible light. The main emission peak lies in about 440 nm.The decay curve indicated that the decay process contains the rapid-decaying and slow-decaying processes. The sample excited by ultraviolet visible light can emit bright blue light.
