摘    要:对粉体挤压制粒过程的模拟条件进行讨论,分析单孔挤压装置的不足,设计了一套多孔挤压试验装置用于模拟环模制粒过程。通过分析挤压力曲线变化规律,对制粒成形机理做出了合理解释。试验研究了长径比L、含水率W和模具温度θ对挤压力F的影响规律,建立了相应的数学模型,通过生产对比试验验证了多孔挤压试验装置的有效性。

Abstract:According to analyses of pelleting processes of rotated roll forming, demands of simulation devices were discussed, and the shortcomings of single pellet unit were analyzed. A multi-hole device was designed to simulate granular extrusion processes, and a series of experiments were carried out. Change rules of compressing forces F were analyzed, and forming mechanism of granular extrusion was discussed. Mathematical models for the relationship among compressing forces F and some basic parameters such as length-diameter ratios L, moisture contents W and temperatures θ were established. Production tests were designed to verify the proposed model. A multi-hole device was proved to be practical in comparison with the results of production tests.
