摘    要:针对电站锅炉中蒸汽吹灰器低能耗、高效率的要求,基于浸入实体方法,研究了提升阀阀座入口收缩角α及出口扩大角β对提升阀开启过程动态特性的影响,获得了不同收缩角及不同扩大角所对应的流量特性曲线。结果表明:α由20°增大至50°时,阀门小开度下的出口流量增加了23%;β由0°增大至15°时,阀门大开度下出口流量增加了56%;结构允许范围内,增大收缩角可提高阀门小开度下的流量,增大扩大角可提高阀门大开度的流量。

Abstract:For the requirements that steam soot blowers of utility boiler should have high efficiency and low cost, based on immersed solid method, the influences of shrinkage angle α and expansion angle β on the opening dynamic characteristics were studied, and the flow curves of different shrinkage angles and different enlargement angles were obtained. The results show that flow rate increases 23% at the small opening when α increases from 20° to 50°, flow rate increases 56% at the large opening when β increases from 0° to 15°. Increasing shrinkage angle may improve the flow rate at the small opening, and increasing expansion angle may improve the flow rate at the large opening within the ranges of the structure.
