工程项目时间管理的实证性研究

摘    要:网络计划技术是项目的计划、进度安排和控制工作中的现代科学管理方法.论文介绍网络计划技术在云南曲靖卷烟厂9000kg/h制丝线技改施工计划和实施中的应用研究,原测算技改施工需180天,利用网络计划技术,对关键路线进行压缩,实际完工期为157天.比原计划提前23天,最终实现压缩总工期13%.

Abstract:Network planning technique is a kind of modem scientific management method in the planning, schedule arrangement and control of projects. The application of network planning technology in the technological transformation plan and implementation of the 9 000 kg/h tobacco production line of Yunnan Qujing Cigarette Factory. According to the original prediction, the technological transformation will need 180 days, and by the network planning technique and through reducing the key routes, the practical number of days required is 157, 23 days earlier than the original plan, finally cutting the time limit for the project by 13%.
