摘    要:技术创新绩效评价是企业技术创新决策的前提.在正确把握技术创新发展方向的前提下,企业的技术创新工作才能沿着正确方向开展.本文首先研究技术创新绩效评价体系的构建,然后结合攀钢实际情况进行实证分析,最后利用层次分析法和综合指数法科学地评价攀钢的技术创新绩效.

Abstract:The performance evaluation of technology innovation is the precondition of the company decision-making.On the basic of efficient development of technology innovation,the technology innovation of the enterprises can be developed in a correct way.Firstly,a study is made on the system of performance evaluation of technology innovation.And then,it uses AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and comprehensive index method to estimate the performance of Panzhihua Iron and Steel(Group)Co.
