阶比跟踪中的惠特克插值

摘    要:阶比跟踪技术是旋转机械升、降速振动信号分析的重要方法之一,等角度采样又是实现阶比跟踪的关键.为获得等角度采样数据通常是对原等时间间隔采样数据进行插值计算获得.介绍了一种基于惠特克重构理论,应用加窗sinc插值法由原有等时间间隔采样数据实现等角度重采样的方法.与以往采用的线性插值、多项式插值法相比,这种方法具有无理论误差,可在较低采样率下实现高精度插值等优点.实际测试验证了这种方法可以有效地实现等角度重采样.

Abstract:Order tracking plays an important role in the vibration signal analysis of rotating machinery's run-up and coast-down.The key to order tracking is the so-called equiangular sampling.To do equiangular sampling,digital resampling is often employed by interpolated original equal time interval sampled data.For the ideal interpolation for digital resampling in order tracking,a method of digital resampling based on Whittaker reconstruction and a windowed-sinc interpolation algorithm,is introduced.Compared with liner interpolation and Lagrange interpolation,etc.,which are commonly used in digital resampling,it has some distinguished advantages,such as no interpolation error in theory and obtaining high precise resampling data with low sampling rate.The actual tests are also introduced to demonstrate the validity of the method presented.
