超临界压力机组给水泵汽轮机高速盘车技术改进

摘    要:分析了超临界压力机组汽轮机驱动给水泵盘车卡涩的原因,指出提高汽轮机驱动给水泵盘车转速可有效地防止给水泵卡涩并且有良好的暖泵效果。上海汽轮机厂和杭州汽轮机厂分别采用变频调速技术和油涡轮盘车机构来提高盘车的转速,介绍了这两种盘车装置的结构形式和技术特点,并对实际运行出现的问题进行分析、比较,从故障率和维护费的角度看油涡轮盘车机构优于变频机械盘车机构。

Abstract:The reasons for turbine driven feed pump barring of supercritical-pressure unit getting stuck are analyzed. It is pointed out that high-speed barring can protect turbine driven feed pump from getting struck, and warm up the pump effectively. Frequency control technique and oil impeller barring gear are used respectively in Shanghai Steam Turbine Works and Hangzhou Steam Turbine Works to raise the barring speed. The configuration and technical features of the two barring gears are described. Upon analysis and comparison of the problems in practical operation, it is concluded that the oil impeller barring gear is superior to the frequency control mechanical barring gear in terms of fault rate and maintenance costs.
