| 摘 要： | 针对偶然发生的一起12PA6柴油机连杆断裂故障,通过对故障现场的勘验和断口的宏观、微观分析,结合该型柴油机的使用工况和特点,分析了引起连杆疲劳断裂的原因,并对12PA6柴油机的使用提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Focusing on a failure of connecting rod fracture of a 12PA6 diesel engine which takes place by accident, thefaulty part has been detected and both macro-analysis and micro-analysis of the fracture are made. The cause of fatiguebreaking is analyzed in consideration of operational performance. Moreover, some suggestions are given on how to use12PA6 diesel engine in a correct way.1 引 言 |
