第一废热锅炉管板强度的有限元分析

摘    要:运用有限元方法对某化肥厂合成氨装置第一废热锅炉的厚度由 2 0 3mm减薄到 191mm的管板进行了弹性应力分析。在有限元分析中使用了有效弹性常数的概念 ,最后得到了管板表面的应力分布。计算结果表明 ,减薄后的管板按照JB4 732— 95标准满足强度要求 ,并且管板返修时需要保证管板与圆筒的圆弧过渡。

Abstract:By using the finite element method, the elastic stress distribution on the tubesheet of a primary waste heat boiler, which tubesheet thickness was reduced from 203mm to 191mm during the course of overhaul in a chemical fertilizer plant, was performed. The effective elastic constant concept was introduced during the finite element analysis. As a result, the total stresses distribution on the surface of tubesheet was presented. The FEA results indicated that the strength of the reduced tubesheet can meet the safety demand according to the JB4732-95 code, and a smooth joint between the tubesheet and cylinder is required to reduce the stress concentration at the point.
