| 摘 要： | 根据中国东方电气集团公司在印度承建的一火电站总承包项目（2X300MW）主厂房区域岩土工程条件、当地施工分包商的施工技术水平和当地的材料价格水平，介绍在确定主厂房地基处理方案中。从技术性和经济性等多方面与业主和业主咨询工程师进行论证、谈判和选择过程的心得，供相关人员在国外火电厂工程地基处理方案选取时供鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the soil condition, the and related service for Indian capability of local construction company, the market price of material supply Sagardighi Thermal Power Plant, which was awarded to Dongfang Electric Corporation on EPC basis with installed capacity of 2X300 MW, this paper introduces our practice and experience in course of demonstration, negotiation and selection, technically and also commercially with client and his consultant. We sincerely wish it would provide some hints and reference for those people who are also involved in foundation proposal selection for overseas thermal power plant. |
