消防阀阀体强度模拟计算

摘    要:介绍了利用ANSYS软件对阀体强度试验过程进行模拟分析的方法,分析了阀体在静水试验压力下的应力和变形。对不同壁厚的阀体分别进行了仿真计算,获得了壁厚与阀体应力和变形的关系。利用流固耦合算法模拟了阀体在水流冲击下的应力和变形情况,为阀体的设计提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper,stress and deformation were obtained in the hydrostatic test by using ANSYS software to simulate the process of the body strength test.Simulations were conducted respectively with different wall thickness of the body,and the relationship between wall thickness and stress and deformation was obtained.In order to provide guidance on the design of valve,stress and deformation of the body under the water dynamic pressure were analyzed in use of fluid-solid coupling algorithm..
