摘    要:介绍了新型脱氢催化剂载体研制过程和物化性质的表征,并在工业装置将载体制备成催化剂,在接近工业应用的反应条件下进行了脱氢反应性能评价,结果表明,自制载体制备的催化剂初活性与工业参比剂基本相当,稳定性略好一些.

Abstract:A new straight chain paraffan dehydrogenation catalyst supports and the characteristic of physical and chemical properties was introduced. Supports were prepared to catalysts in industrial plant, and dehydrogenation reaction performance evaluation was taken under reaction condition dose to that of industrial production. The results indicated that, compared with those indexes of industrial reference catalysts, initial activity of catalysts prepared with self- prepared supports was basically the same, while stability was better.
