光导纤维氧传感器的研制及应用

摘    要:合成了13种金属有机络合物,从中筛选了两种性能优良的氧感应指示剂[Ru(bathophen)3](ClO4)2和Pt(TFPP).通过试验确定了制备氧感应膜的最佳方法,制成了两种灵敏度高、响应快、光学稳定性好的氧感应膜:[Ru(bathophen)3](ClO4)2-Cab-O-Sil-silicone膜和Pt(TFPP)-silicone膜.对影响氧传感器性能的因素进行了分析.以[Ru(bathophen)3](ClO4)2-Cab-O-Sil-silicone膜为氧感应膜,研制了一种非接触式氧传感器,该传感器能在计算机控制下同时对大批样品进行扫描检测.还用此传感器进行了生物毒性试验,检测了多种重金属离子对活性污泥和大肠杆菌的毒性影响,结果表明,用该传感器进行毒性试验是可行的,它具有灵敏、快速、高效的特点.

Abstract:Some metallorganic complexes can emit fluorescence or phos ph orescence when excited by light with suitable wavelength. Usually, the fluoresc ence and phosphorescence can be quenched by oxygen. 13 kinds of metallorganic c omplexes were synthesized. Two kinds of them, namely [Ru(bathophen)_3 ]( ClO_4)_2 and Pt(TFPP) were selected as oxygen-sensing indicators for excellent characters.Optimal technology for preparation of oxygen-sensing films with high sensitivity, rapid response and excellent photostability was dev eloped.The influence factors of the sensor are discussed. A non-contact fiber -optic oxygen sensor was developed by using [Ru(bathophen)_3]( C lO_4)_2-Cab-O-Sil-silicone film. The non-contact design makes it possibl e to monitor a number of samples by scanning in a short time under the control o f computer.Furthermore, the sensor was applied in biological toxicity tests.Th e effects of some heavy metal ions on activated sludge and E.coli were tested w ith the oxygen sensor. It is feasible to conduct the toxicity test by empolying the oxygen sensor. It has unique advantages in sensitivity and efficiency.
