电石法氯乙烯高沸残液综合利用的新方法

摘    要:提出了从电石法氯乙烯高沸残液中回收45-65℃的馏分,再经羰基化反应生产二氯丙醇以及光氯化反应生产三氯乙烷等产品的综合利用方案,并进行了经济效益评价。结果表明,该方案具有很好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

Abstract:A comprehensive utilization plan was proposed, i.c. recovering 45-65℃ fractions from the high boiling residuary solutions generated from the synthesis of vinyl chloride by calcium carbide method, and then obtaining dichloropropanol through carbonylation and obtaining trichlo- roethane through photochlorination. The economic benefits were analyzed. The results showed that this plan had good economic effects, social effects and environmental effects.
