摘    要:针对隔磁段和扶正轴承处漏抗对潜油电机起动转矩倍数、最大转矩转矩倍数和起动电流倍数等性能指标有较大影响的问题,研究了其有限元求解方法.结合潜油电机特殊结构建立了部分铁心、半个隔磁段和半个扶正轴承电机的三维数学模型,通过求解其磁场储能得到漏磁引起的漏抗并将其计入电机的常规端部漏抗中.采用YQY114P型31 kW潜油电机,进行实验验证,数据对比表明考虑分段处电磁影响后的电机性能指标更接近实验结果,相对误差在7%以内.在此基础上,通过大量计算得到潜油电机端部漏抗曲线族.
