摘    要:从成分和组织两个方面分析近年来国内外涡轮盘用粉末高温合金的优化设计过程,总结新的合金化途径对合金力学性能的影响规律,探讨合适的热处理工艺对获取最佳显微组织的重要性,并为国内开展新型高性能粉末高温合金优化设计提出建议.

Abstract:Optimization design of powder metallurgy superalloys for turbine disks in recent years were analyzed from the compositions and microstructures,the affecting laws about new ways of alloy on the mechanical properties were summarized,and the importance of obtaining the best microstructure through the ideal heat treatment was discussed. Some suggestions were also proposed for optimizing design new high performance powder metallurgy superalloys.
