| 摘 要： | 目的:观察内镜下光动力疗法对晚期食管癌并发狭窄的近期疗效.方法:采用基于光敏剂HpD的光动力疗法,通过内镜对食管病灶进行照射,1月后观察食管癌狭窄及进食缓解情况.结果:内镜PDT治疗1月后,88%患者食管狭窄得到缓解,进食梗阻缓解率达到92%.结论:内镜PDT治疗可有效缓解晚期食管癌狭窄及进食梗阻.

| Abstract: | Objective:to investigate the effect of endoscopic photodynamic therapy on esophageal carcinoma in advanced stage with stenosis in 1 month.Meth- ods:endoscopic PDT was applied on esophageal stenosis on 25 cases,the obstruction after operation was observed.Results:in 1 month after operation,the total ef- fective rate of treatment on esophageal stenosis is 88 %,clinical obstruction is relieved in 92 % cases.Conclusion:PDT appeares to be a promising effective treat- ment for esophageal carcinoma in advanced stage with stenosis. |
