早强型聚羧酸系减水剂的性能研究

摘    要:采用水溶液聚合法,将自制的酯化大单体聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(MPEGMA)与甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)等共聚合成了一种早强型聚羧酸系减水剂PC-A。通过试验就PC-A的基本性能及其应用于预制普通强度等级和高强混凝土中的效果进行了对比研究。结果表明,PC-A具有较好的早强效果,且适合于低温天气生产预制混凝土和免蒸压养护预应力高强管桩混凝土。

Abstract:The polycarboxylate based high performance accelerating water-reducer(PC-A) is synthesized by macromer MPEGMA,methyl acrylic acid(MAA) and sodium methyl acryl sulfonate(SMAS) etc.in aqueous solution polymerization.The basic performance of PC-A applied in pre-cast concrete of normal strength and high strength is compared through experiments.The results show that PC-A has ideal accelerating effect on concrete and can meet the demands of pre-cast concrete at low temperature and pre-stressed high strength pipe ...
