| 摘 要： | 推出机构设计合理与否直接关系到压铸模的成败,有些压铸件看似简单,但无法实现一次推出,必须采用二次推出,但应注意的是,采用二次推出机构是不得已行为,模具设计时全推杆一次推出机构仍然是设计的首选。

| Abstract: | The feasible design of ejecting mechanism was directly referred to the successfully operation of die-casting die.Some castings seem simple in structure but unable to be stripped from the die.The secondary ejecting mechanism can be an option in this situation.The secondary ejecting mechanism was selected according to the structure and dimensions of castings and some other conditions. |
