卧螺离心机结构的研究及发展

摘    要:卧螺离心机是应用范围较广的一种离心机,它在离心机领域中一直占有重要地位。在介绍卧螺离心机结构的基础上,综述了卧螺离心机结构形式的改进,总结了有限元法在卧螺离心机转鼓和螺旋输送器强度分析上的应用,并对卧螺离心机存在的问题及发展方向进行了讨论。

Abstract:Decanter centrifugal machine is one of the centrifugal machines applied widely, and it always plays important role in the field of centrifugal machines. On the basis of the introduction of the structures of centrifugal machine, in this article, the improvement of the structure of decanter centrifugal machine was described, and the application of finite element in the strength analysis for the drum in decanter centrifugal machine and helix transporter were summarized. Also, the existed problems in decanter centrifugal machine and the development direction were discussed.
