高速工业缝纫机动力学仿真与分析

摘    要:分析了典型的高速工业缝纫机主要的运动构件及其运动原理,通过Pro/E和ADAMS建立的虚拟样机。对高速工业缝纫机中最关键的机构一刺布挑线机构进行运动学和动力学的分析,通过改进刺布机构连杆的长度。使该高速运动机构运动的更平稳。动力学分析的结果为机构、机架以及支承的设计和改进提供有效的依据。图7参9

Abstract:Analysis of main moving structures of typic high-speed sewing machine and its working principle, the virtue machine was established by PRO/E and ADAMS. The most important mechanism the athletics and dynamics of the puncturing mechanism in the machine were analyzed. Through changing the length of linkage in puncturing machine, the high-speed machine can be working more smoothly. The results of the dynamics analysis offer effective basis for design and improvement of the mechanisms and the crust of the machine. Ch,7 fig. 9 ref. ]
