摘    要:以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法制备系列Ni-Zn-Ce氧化物催化剂,在常压连续流动固定床微反应器上研究了上述催化剂对CO2氧化丙烷脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能。采用BET、SEM和XRD等分析测试技术对催化剂形貌和结构进行表征。实验结果表明:催化剂中各成分的作用不同,NiO能明显提高丙烷的转化率,适量的ZnO可提高丙烯的选择性,CeO2能显著改善催化剂的抗积炭能力。

Abstract:A series of γ-Al2O3 supported Ni-Zn-Ce oxides for oxidative dehydrogenation of propane with carbon dioxide to propene were prepared by impregnation method. The catalytic performances were studied in a continuous flow fixed-reactor at atmospheric pressure. The catalyst samples were characterized by BET, SEM and XRD techniques. The results showed that different components of the catalyst had different effects on the reaction: NiO promoted the conversation of propane obviously, ZnO in the right amounts increased the selectivity to propene, and CeO2 improved the capacity of resistance to carbon deposition on catalyst remarkably.
