| 摘 要： | 建立了中型尿素装置的数学模型， 开发成功了尿素生产流程模拟优化系统， 并用于现场生产装置的模拟优化计算。该软件具有信息查询、物性计算、设备核算、流程模拟等多种功能， 可用于指导实际的生产操作和设备改造， 优化生产操作参数， 提高企业的计算机管理水平

| Abstract: | The mathematical model and the software system for the process simulation and optimization of medium urea synthesis installation are described. The application show that the functions of the software,such as information consultation,process simulation and optimization,are effective and reliable. So the data offered by the software can serve directly as the basis of plant performance analysis,operation conditions optimization and computer administration, and are of much benefit to the enterprise. |
