摘    要:提出了一种可仿真故障后恢复过程的自阻型模块化多电平换流器(SB-MMC)等值电磁暂态模型。首先针对自阻型模块化多电平换流器高压直流输电(MMC-HVDC)系统在直流故障后快速恢复的问题,设计了SB-MMC故障后快速恢复控制器与恢复策略,并分析了自阻子模块在恢复过程中的动态特性。基于上述SB-MMC的动态过程分析,提出了适应于任意工况的SB-MMC等值电磁暂态模型。最后,通过在PSCAD/EMTDC下的多组仿真,验证了SB-MMC等值电磁暂态模型的精确性并验证了故障后快速恢复控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:An equivalent electromagnetic model that enables post-fault recovery simulation of self-blocking modular multilevel converters(SB-MMC)is proposed. Firstly, the post-fault recovery controller and sequence are designed to re-start the system quickly after the clearance of DC fault. The dynamics of SB-MMC during recovery is analyzed. Based on the analysis, an equivalent electromagnetic model suitable for simulating all operating conditions is proposed. Finally, the correctness of the equivalent model is validated in PSCAD/EMTDC. The equivalent model can solve the time consuming and low efficiency problem well. And the effectiveness of the fast recovery strategy is also validated.
