机载设备技术保障能力评估指标体系

摘    要:为加强航空机载设备技术保障能力,改进和提高航空机载设备技术保障质量,从航空机载设备技术保障的概念入手,系统分析了航空机载设备技术保障能力评估指标体系的构建原则。通过对航空机载设备技术保障特点的分析,构建了航空机载设备技术保障能力评估指标体系,并提出了用基于遗传算法的模糊层次分析法对各评估指标权重进行确定的分析方法,基于遗传算法的模糊层次分析法适应性强、计算精度高。对开展航空机载设备技术保障能力评估活动,加强航空机载设备技术保障能力建设具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to strengthen the quality of aviation equipment technical support control,improve and enhance the quality of aviation equipment technical support,this article,which is based on the concept of technical support about aviation airborne equipment,analyzed the constructing principles of evaluation index system for technical support ability of airborne equipment.This article built up the evaluation index system for technical support ability of airborne equipment according to characteristics of aviation airborne equipment technical support.Then,it put forward an analysis method of weight of the evaluation index system with AGA-FAHP,a method that is of strong applicability and high precision.It is important to carry out assessment activities and strengthen the construction of airborne equipment technical support ability.
