| 摘 要： | 通过构建装备保障方案评估指标体系,采用数据包络（DEA,Data Envelopment Analysis）C2R模型,分析输入输出,建立装备保障方案评价体系的数学模型,计算得出装备保障方案的相对效率指数h,实现装备保障方案有效性的区分,并对非有效装备保障方案提出改进措施,从而验证了该数学模型的可行性和有效性,为决策者在装备保障方案的评估上提供强有力的理论支持。

| Abstract: | By building an evaluation index system of the equipment support program,this paper uses the model of data envelopment analysis method to calculate the relative efficiency index.Meanwhile,we establish a mathematics model of the index system by analyzing input and output.Then,we can distinguish the effectiveness and promote the improvements.In a word,it conforms with the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and provide powerful theory support for decision-making. |
