摘    要:为提高矿山安全教育培训效果和质量,采用灵活多样的培训形式,开发了以矿山安全生产教育培训业务为主要内容的多媒体资源管理系统。系统采用C++为开发语言,在标准HTTP协议基础上结合XML技术,进行流媒体数据传输和远程文件管理,实现了WEB服务、流媒体服务和管理。在湖北某矿山的实际应用表明,该系统对矿山安全生产培训更具有针对性和实效性,是一种新颖高效的培训方式。

Abstract:In order to improve the effect and quality of education and training in safety in mine production and introduce flexible and diverse forms of education and training,a multimedia information management system used primarily for the education and training in safety in mine production was developed with C++.The system accomplishes the data transmission of streaming media and remote file management,and implements Web service,streaming media service and services management based on the standard of HTTP protocol and XML technology.The application of this system in a mine in Hubei province indicate that the system is more targeted and effective for the training of safety in mine production,is a new and high-efficient training tool.
