| Abstract: | In this article, the proposals about initiating and carrying out rationalization labor combination in petroleum enterprise are presented and the general principles, methods and stepe which must be followed in rationalisation labor combination are described through clarifying the meaning of rationalization labor com- bination and analyzing the current situation of labor force composition in petroleum drilling industry. |
