| Abstract: | With the status and problems existed in Shanghai urban underground space's development and utilization, as well as with combination of home and abroad successful experiences in this aspects, the paper puts forward the function, pattern and management models for developing and utilizing Shanghai urban underground space, and studies the measures for improving underground space development and utilization. |
