| 摘 要： | 网络环境下的图书馆读者服务工作呈现服务手段现代化、服务内容多元化、服务对象社会化、服务模式多维化的特点。网络信息资源打破了传统图书馆的模式，网络环境下的高校图书馆读者服务工作也必须不断探索新思路，开拓新领域，不断提高读者服务工作的质量和水平。
