高能束流技术及其在腐蚀与防护中的应用

摘    要:激光束、电子束、离子束三种高能束流技术对材料表 面改性是通过改变材料表面的成分或结构实现的.文章系统地介绍了激光束、电子束、离子 束三种高能束流表面改性技术的原理、方法及其在腐蚀与防护中的应用,并指出了这三种技 术今后需解决的问题.

Abstract:Surface modification of materials by means of high-energy laser beam,electron beam and ion beam technology are realized through changing composition and structure of the material surface. The principles and methods of these technology were introduced systematically in this paper.The application in corrosion and prevention was reviewed comprehensively,finally the potential problems are also pointed out.
