| 摘 要： | 文拉法辛是第一个5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素再摄取双重抑制剂，由于其疗效肯定、起效快、副作用小、耐受性好，而备受关注。文章主要从合成方法、药理作用、药代动力学、临床应用以及不良反应这五个方面归纳和介绍该药的研究进展，为该药的进一步研究及临床应用提供参考依据，参考文献11篇。

| Abstract: | Venlafaxine was the first inhibitor that inhibits the ruptakc of both scrotonin and uorepincphrinc（SNRIs）. Because of positive clinical efficacy, immediate antipressant effect, less adverse reaction and better tolerabilily, it was getting obtained more and more attention. The paper reviewed the synthetic methods, pharmacological effect, pharmacokinetics, clinical used and ADRs of venlafaxine, in order to provide reference frames for it＇s further research and clinical application, 11 references. |
