摘    要:借助ANSYS/LS-DYNA显示有限元分析软件,在双道次热模拟实验的基础上,分别采用忽略一道次动态再结晶的材料模型,和考虑一道次动态再结晶的材料模型,对09CuPTiRE钢的二道次热轧过程进行了三维弹塑性有限元动态模拟。模拟结果表明,一道次动态再结晶,使二道次热轧的应力应变场发生了显著的变化,基于热模拟实验的二道次本构模型,能够正确反映一道次动态再结晶组织演化对二道次热轧变形的影响,基于该种材料模型的二道次热轧仿真模拟,具有较高的精度。

Abstract:Based on the data of double-pass hot simulation test,with the dynamic recrystallization in the first pass taking into account or being neglected,the 3-dimensional elastoplastic finite element simulation of 09CuPTiRE steel for the hot rolling process in the second pass was carried out utilizing the explicit power analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The simulation results indicate that the dynamic recrystallization in the first pass show significant effect on the stress-strain field of the hot rolling process in the second pass.It also shows that the constructive model established based on the hot simulation test may correctly reflect such an effect.The precision of the simulation for the hot rolling process in the second pass by this model is quite good.
