100 kt/aP2O5磷酸浓缩生产线的工艺设计

摘    要:腐蚀、结垢、堵塞是影响湿法磷酸浓缩装置长期稳定运行的主要因素。介绍了100kt∥aP2O5,磷酸浓缩生产线的工艺流程、操作控制和流程特点,分析了主要设备的工艺参数,经72h生产考核和一年多的连续运行证实,该生产线的设计是成功的,适当调整操作条件后生产能力已达到120kt/aP2O5。

Abstract:Corrosion,fouling and plugging are major factors affecting the long-term stable operation of the wet phosphoric acid construction plant.The process flow,operating control and flow characteristics of the 100 kt/a P_2O_5 phosphoric acid concentration production line are introduced.The process parameters of main equipment are analyzed.The 72 h test running and over 1 year of continuous operation show that the design of the production line is successful.By properly adjusting the operating conditions,the production capacity has reached 120 kt/a P_2O_5.
