| 摘 要： | 以天然甲壳素为主要原料,采用特殊工艺合成了改性壳聚糖,在对该水溶性改性壳聚糖理化特性初步表征的基础上,研究了改性壳聚糖对旧箱板纸(OCC)浆手抄片物理强度、填料留着率和抗水性的影响。结果表明:改性壳聚糖对OCC浆成纸有很好的增强、助留以及辅助施胶效果。当改性壳聚糖用量为0·15%时,抗张指数、耐破度、撕裂度和挺度分别增加了29·37%,23·68%,6·85%和14·75%,Cobb值下降到67·01g/m2,填料留着率提高了74·3%。

| Abstract: | A series of modified chitosan were prepared with natural chitin via special technology. The modified chitosan was characterized and analyzed by IR. The influence of the modified chitosan on the physical strength and water resistance of OCC handsheet as well as the retention of the OCC stock were investigated. The results showed that the modified chitosan improved the physical properties of the OCC pulp obviously. Under optimized conditions, the tensile index, tearing resistance and stiffness of hand sheet enhanced by 29.37%,23.68%,6.85% and 14.75%, respectively. The Cobb value lowered from 133.75 g/m 2 to 67.01 g/m 2. The filler retention increased by 74.3%. |
