悬式绝缘子钢脚锌套复合质量的超声无损评价研究

摘    要:采用超声无损评价技术,利用自制钢脚质量超声无损评价装置测得锌环的回波信号,以统计质量控制理论对其进行处理,获得表征复合质量回波信号判据,并辅以金相分析的手段进行验证。结果表明;采用统计学方法获得的检测标准是合理的,应用该套检测系统和检测工艺实现了对锌环质量的超声无损评价。

Ultrasonic Non-destructive Qualification on the Quality of Integration of Suspension Insulator Pin with Zinc-sleeve
Abstract:A kind of new detecting technique and equipment,which can evaluate the complex quality of integration of suspension insulator pin with zinc sleeve,is introduced at the first time in details.In virtue of statistical control theory,the echo amplitude is analysed and processed in order to obtain the criterion indicating the zinc sleeve integration which is verified by metallograph quality.The results show that it is feasible to apply the kind of detecting technique and equipment to realize the non destructive evaluating to the quality of the zinc ring radically.
