| 摘 要： | 通过分析钱的效用函数解释彩票现象的不足之处 ,讨论了博彩心理对博彩行为的影响和博彩行为的一般性规律。分析了各种博彩者的风险特征 ,彩票的最佳发行方式。讨论了效用理论在实际应用中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | As to analyse the irrationality of the utility function of the money in the lottery phenomenon, this paper analyses the influence of gaming mentality in gaming behavior. And it analyse the regular pattern of lottery behavior, illustrates the optimum mode of the lottery. Last, it discusses the application of utility theory in practicality. |
