高效气流干燥技术在硬脂酸钡生产中的应用

Application of Efficient Pneumatic Drying in the Production of Barium Stearate

This paper briefly introduces the situation & problems of present drier and the newly developed efficient pneumatic drier in the production of barium stearate. High quality product can be obtained in simple operation by use of the new drier with the thermal efficiency is 10-15% higher than the common ones, the operation circumstances are better and the exhaust is cleaner in the comparison with the present drier. The investment can be recouped within 2-3 years with the low unit operating cost, as the technical & economic analysis indicated, and this technique can be accordingly used to dry similar materials.
