| 摘 要： | 总结麻赛尔、康特丝、棉混纺织物在试制过程中的合理工艺参数及技术要点。通过对麻赛尔和康特丝纤维进行预混,再采用条混的混和方式,选用条干仪进行质量监控,调整清棉工艺参数以减少麻赛尔和康特丝纤维的损伤和散失,控制浆纱各部张力及上浆质量,优选织部工艺参数等技术措施,使麻赛尔康特丝棉混纺织物的各项技术指标达到了工艺设计要求。
