摘    要:大渡河中游控制性水库瀑布沟电站的建成投运为下游电站解决长期以来的泥沙淤积问题提供了新的契机。针对大渡河干流年来水时空分布特点,利用瀑布沟水库对径流的调蓄与拦沙作用,充分发挥流域统一调度的优势,提出了解决下游水库泥沙淤积的联合调度减淤方案。利用扩展一维模型,对实施联合调度后各库减淤变化进行了模拟分析,数据显示联合调度减淤方案有助于改善下游水库长期的淤积问题。

Abstract:The Pubugou reservoir in the middle reach of Dadu river plays a key role in flow control and its operation provides a new opportunity for reducing sedimentation in the reservoirs downstream.Joint operation plans were proposed for the sediment reduction under the temporal and spatial variations of the existing runoff in Dadu river,and the reduction effects of each plan were simulated by a one-dimension extended model.The analysis shows that the recommended joint operation plan is effective and benefitial.
