| 摘 要： | 随着纸浆模塑行业的不断兴起以及纸模的广泛应用,纸模的缓冲性能成为人们的关注的重点。众所周知、纸浆模塑产品的缓冲性能是通过其结构来实现,而模具又是纸模结构设计中的关键环节。因此模具的开发设计越来越被人们所重视。本文以纸模的模具设计为主要目标,借助于Pro/E平台对纸模及其模具进行设计,为纸浆模塑模具的设计提出了一种新的设计方式。

| Abstract: | As the development of pulp molded industry and the extensive application of pulp-molded products, People pay more and more attention on the cushion performance of pulp-molded products. It is well known to everyone , the cushioning performance is achieved by the pulp-molded structure, however the mould design is the cruciial part of structure design. We take the mould design as the target, designing the pulp-molded products with the help of the Pro/Engineer software, put forward a new designing mode for the pulp-molded products. |
