基于遗传算法的包装推料机构的反求设计

摘    要:提出将反求技术、遗传算法与包装技术结合应用于开发包装机械机构设计。针对推料装置的具体结构。利用平面投影方法建立直动型推料机构的数学模型。结合优化理论.确定四参数的优化目标,反求其运动规律,进行参数分析.确定参数的取值范围,使用遗传算法反求得最合原设计的设计参数。并对建立基于遗传算法的包装机械机构设计反求工程研究所涉及的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The combination of reverse technique, genetic algorithm and packing technique was proposed. For the structure of pushing equipment, the math ematical model was propos ed using planar projection algorithm based on the former experiences. Combining optimum theory the optical object with four parameters was determined. Kinematic rule using reverse technique to analyse the parameter and the scope, the desig n and technical parameters were solved to get the original mathematica l mod el of original designing. Based on the model, the optimal designing could be finished in reverse, to improve the original design. Some topics concerned the inverse study of packing machine theory based o n the genetic algorithm modeling were presented.
