基于虚拟仪器的传感器自动测试系统设计与实现

摘    要:传感器的检测需要测试传感器在不同工作环境下的性能,整个过程持续时间长,需要设定传感器所处的环境温度与压力,并且每隔一段时间需要记录传感器当前的参数值。在传统的传感器检测系统中,这些操作都是人工完成的,效率比较低,随着被测试的传感器产品增加,人工的测试系统已经无法满足日益增长的工作量需求。该文基于虚拟仪器技术设计了一套传感器自动测试系统,提高了测试效率,实现了传感器温度性能的自动测试系统,明显优于传统传感器检测系统。

Abstract:The detective of sensor depends on the performance under different working situation.It needs setting up the ambient temperature and pressure of environment and data acquisition every setting time.These things are all done manually in present testing system and it has not been meeting the growing needs of workload. An auto-detective system based on LavVIEW is introduced,which has realized the functional test of the sensor. The system accomplishes good effects,and can steadily improve the test efficiency.
