城市开发强度影响下的城市交通

摘    要:从城市开发强度的主张角度看,现代城市规划理论可以划分为分散化、集中化与折衷化三大类.不同的开发模式,对交通产生不同的影响.国外在这方面积累了大量值得借鉴的研究成果.这些成果主要包括研究城市开发强度对交通发展战略、交通及城市运营效率、交通基础设施和交通需求的影响等方面.高强度开发是中国大多数城市的基本特征,在社会经济等因素的共同影响下,中国城市的开发模式对交通的影响效果与国外既有相似,又有差别.通过综述国外的相关研究成果及结合中国实际情况的对比,为城市交通发展战略和城市规划建设管理提供借鉴.

Abstract:There are three kinds of urban land use models such as decentralization model, centralization model, and compromise model which are discussed in modem urban planning theories. However, each kind of land use model has its own impact on urban traffic. There are a lot of related research in western counties, such as the impact of urban land use model on the selection of traffic strategy, the urban efficiency, the development of urban infrastructure , etc.. Being one of the most important index of urban land use model, land use intensity also has important impact on urban traffic, which is much more significant and practicable. Since the situation of urban development and construction in China are different from that in other countries, this paper does some literature review of this topic researched both in China and in western countries, and gives some suggestion finally.
